Our aim is to see that you are treated as efficiently and appropriately as possible.  This means we will not sign you up for 10 treatments if only 4 are required.

In fact, our clinic consistently appears at the top of the HBA and Medibank Private annual practice data for treatment efficacy.  In other words, our patients require fewer treatments to recover and that saves you time and money.

We provide EFTpos and credit card facilities, as well as Health Point to allow immediate processing of your account/claim.  As a Medibank Private and BUPA preferred provider, we offer discounted fees to out standard rate for these customers (please speak to our receptionists).   All Medicare, Veterans Affairs, TAC and WorkSafe patients are bulkbilled (that is, there is no out of pocket expense for you).  Veterans Affairs and Medicare patients require an annual referral from your GP. A significant discount applies for pensioners upon presentation of your health care card. Please speak to our reception staff.

Payment is expected on the day of consultation.  A $10 account keeping fee per visit is applied where payment is not made on the day. 

Certificates: Our physiotherapists are legally authorised to provide sick leave and attendance certificates.

Referrals:  Usually no referral is necessary to see a physiotherapist.  Veterans Affairs and Medicare patients do require an annual referral from their GP.
